How It Began

From a very young age I have always been an avid reader. I am an advocate for engaging children with reading so reading becomes a hobby they love.

 

This book started from telling a bedtime story requested by  the grandkids. The very first story was about Fiona, a little fairy who lived in a lovely forest. She broke a wing and the story revolved around how it could be fixed by a forest friend. The next night the children asked for another Fiona story. The pressure! 

 

Soon there were five stories that took place in that forest. 

 

A book was born.
